Use of competences

A transition is pioneering because it is about making radical and uncertain innovations in the long term. There are no blueprints or protocols for a transition. Support for the change is uncertain. These conditions call for special competences on the part of the people engaged in transition projects.

The Competence Centre for Transitions (CCT) has conducted research into the competences needed and the roles that have to be performed in a transition project. The results are encapsulated here in a series of questions and answers. With the exception of question 3 (How do I identify skills that need to be developed?), these questions and answers are the same as for Experiment.
